About

European networks will tell you that unconditional call forwarding was activated with a specific tone dialed. But, this system is also used in other countries. The ISDN Diversion and Supplemental Services standards documents use the term “diversion”, to describe particular features such as “Call forwarding busy”, Call forwarding no reply, and “Call deflect”. Call forwarding, or call diversion, refers to the features that allow a phone call to be routed toward a third party. Both terms are sometimes interchangeable.  You can also read this blog’s VoIP Ireland number and click it.
